Saint Benedict Catholic Church

Wonderful message each Sunday. Poignant and relatable regarding current events. ALL good, kind people. Beautiful church, ample parking! The church is accepting of anyone wanting to learn about Catholicism. They extend grace and welcome anyone from different religious backgrounds. My husband and I took the adult Catechesis course, while our daughter attended the children's Catechesis, Confession and Baptism path offered for kids. The church is community oriented. Our annual fave is Oktoberfest! We volunteer every year because It is so entertaining and such a good cause! Delicious German food faves, lots of beer choices! (Also - Wine, cider, non-alcoholic, and kid friendly options.)- Highly recommend checking it out September of each year. St. Benedict Church, School, and community are the perfect fit for our family and most likely yours!

The church is absolutely stunning and would be a great place of worship, perfect for reflection and prayer. The mass was different from other churches I've been to in the sense of how everything was done at a much slower, relaxed pace.

Welcoming to new converts. Traditional in outlook with Latin ordinarys, you won't find guitar Masses.

Absolutely beautiful church! Fr. John David and the staff are super welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite churches in Richmond.

Former catholic school girl here. lol. Wanted to reminisce and have a moment of peace so I chose this church because it specifically says that it’s open 24 hours. Update the hours please before someone else wastes 20 dollars worth of money in Ubers because this stupid city isn’t pedestrian friendly at all and the drivers suck. Thanks.
