    Faith USA provides a church directory, daily scripture service, and related resources. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes.

    • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
    • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

    • Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service without permission.
    • Submit false or misleading church listings or information.

    All content, design, and functionality of Faith USA are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Scripture texts are used under applicable permissions and fair use.

    Church information is provided for reference only. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate listings but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any church data. See our Disclaimer for more details.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

    8. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
