We visited here a couple of months ago and it was great. The people were all kind and the preaching was powerful!

Church of the open door is a biblical principal church. The Holy Spirit dwells in this house of God. There is never a dull moment with pastor Ronnie he is light-hearted and will also be there for you when you need him to pray with you. This place is a Holy place. I would recommend this church.

I used to go to Church of the Open Door. I did ministry school for two years w Pam Littrel. I learned so much. I joined the church during that time. I was not used to spirit filled churchs and it seemed odd to me at first.. coming from a traditional baptist church, which I attended only special days and Christmas'. How ever odd Church of the Open Door seemed I felt Jesus' presence for the first time in this church. Pastor Ronnie is a true man of God. I did not always agree with some of his beliefs, but one thing I knew was this...if he preached it, he truly believed it. I have the upmost respect for him. I am now back in Waco. I started thinking about the church and all the great memories of raising my two sons there. I searched it. And here I am writing a review from the 2000's. We moved to Katy and I left the church. We are back in Waco, and have not started back to church. Church of the Open Door appears to have not changed in all these years. 💙

My family and I love church of the open door. Very welcoming and friendly people! Need somewhere to just let go and let god? This is the place to be, pastor Ronnie always has a great from the heart service for you! Also, can’t forget the complimentary coffee bar for your go go juice needs on a Sunday morning!

This has been a great church as we wintered in Waco this year. The preaching was biblically based in the worship was anointed. We're very blessed to have been apart of this church for the last 4 and 1/2 months. It really is an open door to anyone and you will feel loved and accepted. God loves you. Jesus died for you. Come and find community at the open door.
