Went to this church with my OCIA candidate and facilities were beautiful. 4 stars due to trash cans overflowing. Other than that my OCIA candidate and I felt welcomed. 🙏🙏🙏 great job and organization of Right of Election!

Beautiful church but the Worst PARISH office and management I have ever seen in my entire life!! The office often closed, seldomly pickup phone the fir several days . Office clerk often left desk to join some fun event without posting a note who to contact. When I dial the general office number posted at the window, the phone at the window ring. It took me a week to be able to get someone to talk when needed. The same excuse: someone is on vacation and so on , if you need anything just slide the note and the envelope through the window someone will answer and contact you immediately the next day..when I ask about request for a mass intention, the first answer is how much per headcount and every thing has a number $$$ money money money!!! How rude! Another time I came, and again no one at office, I remember that they said slide the envelope through the window, so I did so submitted the mass intention for my deceased mom . No one contacted me for few weeks. So I called and no one answered, Iafter repeatingly called for several days, I gave up and went there and slide the envelope with my check through the window. No one contacted me , I kept calling everyday for a week , then a teenager respond saying she is not working there and people is on vacation but she said for sure there will be people come in to check envelope and my mom name will be submitted for prayers during mass. So the day came, they did not call my mom name properly (baptized name and real name), the baptized name has two words and they just call HALF of the baptized name without the real name. How rude and disrespectful . For those who deceased in Vietnam they read out loud the baptized name and it's real name next to it. Why?? For those who deceased in US they just read through quickly the baptized name. What if two persons or ten persons the same baptized name Maria? They just read once. It is rude and disrespectful. I called the parish office that I was not sure the name was submitted for prayers but she is rude and yell on the phone that is how the parish works. Geee....that simple mass intention request and I had to go through this? What if someone in my family is sick or is dying....who should I turn to , to get all the process going ? What a mismanaged parish office I ever seen. All they want is money and money... Nothing better to serve the parish community. I finally went to Epiphany of the Lord catholic church in Katy. The priest is Vietnamese. The parish office is awesome , people are respectful and polite. What a difference. Do not go to the Vietnamese church Christ the Incarnate church ... Whenever you need something for your family you will regret. They MISMANAGE , that's all and nobody can afford to put up with their own problem !!!!!!!!!! Go to Epiphany of the Lord church in Katy, confession with father Lam, you can speak Vietnamese. God bless you all .

There's plenty of parking and church is very accomodating to families. There are a few exits, and there's traffic controllers to help you exit. However, due to the sheer number of people attending, it takes a while to leave the grounds after church. Oftentimes, you see families running out in the lobby, which keeps children coming, but avoids bothering others inside. Mass is slightly longer than the typical 50 minutes, but usually is done in 1 hour.

First time attending this church for my brother’s confirmation. Very beautiful and inspiring ceremony, but the coordinator was extremely rude! She kicked me out of church because my 10 month old was fussy! I felt so humiliated considering Jesus is for the children! And then when my 9 year old daughter went to receive the body of Christ she proceeded to tell her that she can’t take it, so my daughter explains to her she already did her first communion, but still refuses to listen and told her she didn’t care and for her to sit back down. I don’t know who this lady is but she should not be in charge of anything at any church. She made us feel unwelcome and loss of hope. Both me and my daughter left in tears not being able to enjoy what we really came for, to preach for God and my brother’s confirmation!
