This place is Beautiful. The parishioners her to were dressed in such vibrant colors that it looked like Easter. The priest there Blessed a bell for me that I gave to a motorcycle riding friend. I will go back again.

As someone who is not Chinese, I have never felt more welcomed here at Ascension. Many of the members here will say that Ascension is tight-knit, but extremely welcoming. In fact, aside from the church's official motto, "You are the Light. Mt. 5:14," many members can agree that the unspoken saying of every member is "Ascension is my home!" As richly Chinese this parish is in its culture, it is quite diverse and open. There are various cultural communities: Filipino, Vietnamese, Latino, Nigerian, and now Indonesian! The sanctuary is beautiful and built within the last 20 years. Its Activity Center needs TLC, but I hear they're renovating and building a new building. That'll be nice for all the young families who've joined. If you're searching for faith and looking for a home, you are very much welcome here at Ascension. There are lots of things to do, many fun events, and lots of people to meet! As a community there's a lot of love, endless potential, and a bright future! Even if you're Catholic, non-Catholic, or non-Christian, come to Ascension. You'll feel like part of God's family for sure!

Only thing I'd add is adoration times, other than that, great...no, really good place to get clarity with God. The family hear is unparalleled and catholic at heart. Though they lack in understanding sometimes, the faith drives through and God's beautiful will is carried out! Love being here. Love coming here. Love the family here!

I recently attended this Catholic church. It's close to home. A very traditional down to earth church. Members are pleasant, and staff members are very helpful in answering questions.
