Annunciation Greek Orthodox Christian Church

Annunciation is wonderful and growing parish with services offered throughout the week,in addition to Sunday liturgy. They're active in the community with meals offered at the church most Saturdays as well as providing clothing and food to various local organizations and meeting other community needs as requested. The parish has many fellowship activities like apple picking, Christmas caroling, craft nights, movie nights, restaurant outings, etc. I got my Orthodox start here and they're an amazing place of faith and community. An absolute beautiful experience the moment you step through the door! If you're looking for a genuine Christian faith this is the Church to attend. Everyone is so welcoming you will feel like you're "home". If you've been wondering about Orthodoxy you will find an outstanding down to earth priest who enjoys teaching newcomers and regulars alike.

I've always considered myself a spiritual person but could never get on board with churches that didn't practice what they preached. Or who were just not accepting of all. That all changed when I attended Annunciation for the first time. The church truly embodies Christ's teachings; humility, compassion for all, helping those in need, and accepting people no matter what. The church community displays this in their love for one another. Fr. Nektarios, and Fr. Rob before him, have wonderfully kind hearts and truly care about you. Fr. Nektarios has a great sense of humor too, and is lucky I haven't entered the chili cook off yet. We welcome newcomers with open arms (even though our church is busting at the seams right now), and I would encourage anyone curious to just come see for yourself.
