Psalm 121:1-2

"I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth."

Reflection

When we feel overwhelmed by the challenges of daily life, we can find peace by shifting our focus from our problems to our Creator. This verse reminds us that our help is not accidental or temporary, but comes from the Sovereign Lord who made everything and remains intimately involved in our care.
