We moved here from Cincinnati 8 years ago and looked at quite a few churches. We found our home at First Congregational Church. It is welcoming, open, affirming, peace and social justice focused and a Christ following community. Our children love the children and youth programming, the music and worship experiences are phenomenal and church staff are amazing! We love the numerous opportunities to serve and be in community as adults.

Our family has been coming to this church since 2009, and it has become our community. This is an Open and Affirming congregation, which is important to me, and all really are welcome here. The preaching is both thought and prayer provoking and always spurs meaningful discussion together as a family. I am a more loving and kind human for my relationships and time spent with this community.

This church and all it stands for had been part of my life since I was a baby. For various reasons, I stopped attending but, was able to revisit recently. The inside is classically gorgeous. The minister speaks from her heart and goes well beyond the expected in helping and speaking with you. I highly recommend a visit.

This church is very involved in making the community better through mission, social justice, etc. Great worship experience from preaching to music to welcoming members. Looking for a place to be involved? Try us out!
