I have never changed churches since I was baptized here 36 years ago. Even though every parish will change over 36 years the leadership has always stayed strong and the community faithful. My favorite events are the yearly Fall Festival and Hearts & Hands Bazaar!!

A very welcoming faith community. They offer doughnuts and coffee after most Sunday masses. They have an amazing library, which is rare to find at a parish, and they have something like 30 different ministries where people can get involved. It is a very impressive and welcoming place.

This is difficult to post. I would like to say this church is warm and welcoming, but that would not be be the full truth. What I can say positive about AS, is that the African community, and some parishioners have brought much needed diversity and warmth to what was formerly a very closed and clique-ish parish. So in that sense, it has somewhat improved. But the most unfortunate part is the administrative side of it. Which has never in the least, been helpful or kind. It's almost as if they don't have a clue they work at a church. You would think if they understood that very important aspect, they would realize they are the face of Christ and welcome new parishioners and be helpful to the old ones, unfortunately that is not the case. Some of the worst admin to the priests are the worst offenders. They are cold and very unkind- to the point of wondering- why are they even working at a church? Some in the office-B. Hammond, Muskat, D. Raker, are just plain horribly rude or insulting. It also seems that anyone who IS kind or helpful doesn't fare well and are removed to remote areas of the church or fired. I do know of people who came to this church only to leave it because of this treatment and the lack of cohesive community. Although, as stated, the church has welcomed some new communities that have themselves improved it. And I question very sadly, decisions that have been made in terms of priests that have been made here. It has been made known to me that others who have voiced concerns about AS have it only to fall on deaf ears at the bishop level. Which is the reason for this review. To help others understand what their experience may possibly be. Everyone has their own experiences, but this one is unfortunately not isolated. And the lack of leadership to guide it has not garnered any results. This is still my church, it is not about them, but Christ. And as a cradle Catholic, it will not result in my departure or affect my relationship with Christ. Hopefully this post will result in action by the office of the bishop to address it (and particularly the dwindling numbers of parishioners as a result of it). Despite all this, I still hold a special place in my heart for it and the Adoration experience in chapel. But even that has become inconsistent. This was sad and not easy to write, but will hopefully inspire action.

All Saints is a truly wonderful parish and a cherished spiritual home! The Eucharist is the very heart of All Saints, and it truly feels like a holy sanctuary. The dedication to Adoration, with offerings throughout each weekday (7am-9 am, and then again at 12 pm to 7 pm) and even a recent 'Parish-Wide Night,' speaks volumes about the spiritual focus. The kindness and attentiveness of the priests, Father Jovita, Father Joseph, and Father Elijiah, provide wonderful spiritual guidance. The staff and volunteers make everyone feel welcome, creating a warm and supportive environment. All Saints offers numerous opportunities for involvement and spiritual growth, including the beautiful Liturgy of the Hours on weekday mornings before Mass (what a beautiful way to start your day!). My family and I feel very blessed to have All Saints be our home! All Saints is a very special Parish!

I sought assistance from the St. Vincent de Paul Society at All Saints Catholic Church. Initially, representatives Tom and David offered help, but they frequently changed the amount they could provide and ultimately withdrew support after I expressed concerns about the added stress their inconsistency caused. Their lack of follow-through and dismissive attitude during a vulnerable time was disheartening. I hope this feedback encourages the organization to provide more consistent and compassionate support to those in need.
