Word of Life is a welcoming church filled with the Spirit of God! The youth ministry Gen One is off the chains ⛓️‍💥. Their ministry is helping to break generational chains and strongholds. If you have young teens the monthly multi area group teen ministry is held at 5pm get their by 4:30pm for the pre-service.

We are from Canada and the Lord directed us to WOL 4 years ago. (We come to Honolulu yearly for 6 weeks in March/April). The ministry is in line with our home church (Third Day Victory Church-Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada) we love the Spirit filled services at WOL and are getting to know people here more. God is good!

This place, the atmosphere is phenomenal. It has changed my life. I learn a lot of new things about Jesus, or life, every time! It’s a place of encouragement, it is uplifting, it is filling. A lot of great souls there too. I love it and my children love it too!

I loved this church and I cannot wait to come back and visit. Everyone was so incredibly kind, and the service was wonderful. I'm from Washington State and it was my first time, and everyone around where I was sitting was so welcoming.

After 20 years, I came all the way from Korea in 2026, on Wednesday, January 28, with a longing heart. We took a bus at night and came with my daughter, but there was no service. The website said there was a Wednesday service at 7 p.m., so we had no choice but to go back.
