United Methodist Church of Palm Beaches

I have been attending this church for three years, and it truly lives out its mission of love and inclusion as part of the United Methodist Church community. Everyone is genuinely welcome here. My own family reflects a beautiful mix of backgrounds — my husband is Jamaican, I am white, my kids are biracial, and our daughter is gay — and every one of us, including her girlfriend, has always been embraced with open arms. The pastor consistently shares messages centered on love, acceptance, and belonging for all people. The congregation itself reflects the wonderful diversity of the wider West Palm Beach community, something that is so special and meaningful to experience in a church setting. One of the most extraordinary ministries is the Amigos group, which serves members of the special needs community with care, joy, and dedication that is truly inspiring. What I love most is the church’s heart for service. From food banks to back-to-school events and community days, they continuously show up for others with generosity and compassion. If you are looking for a place where you will feel loved, accepted, and at home, I encourage you to come visit. You will be welcomed with open hearts.

Very very very very very very very very very very very very very disappointed they were supposed to be a meeting there and I made a trip from Westlake worth to this particular event but I can see that I couldn't get through this individual who just seems to be all there

Went to a meeting with my counselor and the church was handing out food to a long line of vehicles. When I left my appointment, there were even more families being helped. I'm frustrated living in a world where this is necessary but always comforted by the people who fight against the darkness with kindness and generosity.

I have been attending this church for over 25 years. I am partial to the classic worship service at 11:15. I love the hymns we sing and being a member of the choir, I love the anthems we sing also. The lyrics of some of the hymns and anthem have moved me to tears. I can feel the Holy Spirit in the room touching my heart during the service. The sermons are always relevant and scripture based. Sunday school is at 10:15 for ALL ages. I love this idea that everyone has Sunday school at the same time so families will be able to worship together. The congregation is so welcoming and loving. We had a block party for the community and I enjoyed seeing all of the new kids and families that were on our campus. I also loved seeing all of the congregation that came out to ensure everyone had a great time. I look forward to worshipping here another 25 years.

Wonderful church! Our daughter goes to preschool here 9-12:30 Tuesday-Friday. The women watching the kids are so kind, smart, caring, gentle; can’t say enough great things about them! The classrooms are so well equipped for newborns on up through grade school. And the playground is awesome! My daughter loves going here. I’m very picky about who watches her and I trust the people here 💯! A big bonus are the pastors and the choir director: he is wonderful with adults and children alike! All of the activities they put on throughout the year are so much fun, you can tell everyone cares so much. The congregation is so friendly and welcoming to new members as well:) Highly recommended!
