RETURNS & REFUNDS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must be defective upon arrival OR unused condition.
We accept returned exchanges, if you notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided). If 7 days have gone by after your package has been delivered, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to email@example.com . If the case is deemed valid, we will cover related cost to deliver a replacement!
